The SA Goons think there's nothing worse than playing computer games that simulate tedious real-life activities. They'd rather spend time on more productive endeavors, such as creating fake computer games that simulate tedious real-life activities! Let's toss the virtual salad!

The Germans make some extraordinarily specific simulators, including titles about airport fire departments and street sweepers:

Many of them manage to be more boring than the real thing, such as Road Construction Simulator and Garbage Truck Simulator. Judging from the YouTube Let's Plays, the main market for these games seems to be people buying them ironically. But I'm sure we can come up with better ideas for the ironic market than they can! Here are a few of mine to get us started:
